“I looked at houses last Saturday We went into a really cute house, four bedrooms, sun room, great neighborhood, the whole nine yards. However, the house was so cluttered and such a mess, you couldn't really SEE the house.
The sun room was wall to wall exercise equipment. Breakfast cereal boxes on the kitchen counter. Great mounds of artificial greenery. Photos all over one wall, a few with broken glass in the frames. Bathroom counters full of cosmetics and bath stuff. Shoes all over the walk-in closet floor.
We turned around and walked out. The house has been on the market for four months and come down in price three times. If I had one of your cards, I would have left it on their kitchen counter next to the dirty coffee cups!”
